I have years of experience in talent acquisition process design, project and program management, and technology implementation and configuration. Among other sweet spots, I have vast experience with Avature and iCIMS. I skillfully help companies achieve their hiring goals through the design of robust, scalable and measurable approaches to people, process and technology. I enjoy corralling a wide array of stakeholders, often with vastly different priorities, and get them to move in the right direction with a common set of goals.I have been consulting in the talent space since 2007, when I started implementing E-Rec for SAP. In 2010 I became vendor agnostic and began working with multiple vendors. Since 2007, I have helped clients design their strategy and process, build out and configure technology to deliver on their desired results, and addressed the process, people and technology aspects of the work. Throughout my career, I have also assisted with vendor selection, change management, implementation, and recruiting process re-engineering.
