I am currently working for MARC Inc of Manchester, where I provide support to individuals that enables and empowers them to be independent while also offering a feeling of security. I have worked as a direct support staff member for six years, and in those years I have learned many things. I have learned how to better interact with people, how to supervise and delegate, and when and how to best intervene in various types of situations.
