Did housekeeping for 10 years. Cleaned rooms, placed amenities out, helped guests in any way that I could, helped in laundry when needed, helped in lobby when needed. No matter the problem, I would always be there to help my guests in any way I could and went above and beyond to make sure that they had a wonderful stay while they were there.

Started in Customer Service answering phone calls, directing people to the correct departments, gift wrapping and helping fix any issues that a customer had. After that, I became a floor associate where I rang up orders, stocked racks, helped unload truck and made sure my department was always cleaned.

I was the after school aide. I would help with homework, play games, watch movies, talk with the kids, feed the kids and most importantly, I was there for a shoulder for the kids to cry on. A lot of these kids had nobody at home so it was up to us to make sure they were fed and happy and got their homework done.

This was my very first after school job at 14 years old. I worked the cashier, made hoagies, cleaned after customers, etc.
