• Led the Annual Pay Process to enable managers to make base pay, STI and LTI investments for over 275,000 team members.• Implemented Workday for the Annual Pay Process, including system design, testing, report development, process design and administration, training, resources and communication.• Developed total compensation market benchmarking strategy to create competitive base pay, STI and LTI programs; led the market review process, spanning across all countries and pay levers.• Managed global base pay and performance award programs; designed compensation programs, developed policies, eligibility, guidelines, budgets, processes, and system requirements. • Led cross-functional teams through project Prime to develop new global pay structures aligned to our new levels; created new pay policies, practices and programs that align with our new compensation framework. • Recognized with Pay & Benefits team awards awards for streamlining and simplifying the Midyear Pay Process (July 2015), project Prime implementation during the Annual Pay Process (June 2016), creating the strategy and executing our first total compensation market review process (December 2016), and for leading the Pay & Benefits professional development series (August 2017)
