I current manage the phone system for our contact centers. I am in charge of a small team of technicians and developers who make changes to our call flow thru an IVR system incorporated into our CRM. I manage the enhancements and work with our vendors such as inContact and AT&T. This requires a great deal of communication and project management skills.

I worked as a project manager in our Analytics department along with being an assistant controller for reporting over our call centers.

I am currently the Member Services Technical Analyst. I analyse reports from phone staff to see where help is needed. I build the call flow as how we want the calls to come in and direct to where. We work in a system called inContact. I run all the technical stuff for it for our department. Tickets for technical assistance that come in I work those and see.
