● Managed large Public Sector Contracts including NHS & Scottish Police Authority● Monthly review meetings, site visits and daily contact with client to manage service delivery● Monthly Data Reporting● Management of client KPI’s and SLA’s● Responsible for client retention and upsell targets● Management & implementation of recycling systems across client portfolio● Assist in tendering of new business● Manage financial processes for the accounts

● Client Relationship Development● Management of Service Delivery through liaising with other internal divisions● Growth of client services through innovation and efficiencies ● Management of Financial Processes and ensuring invoices paid in a timely manner● Produce Monthly Management Reports● Conduct Client Roadshows to promote on site recycling● Ensure H&S requirements were being met on client sites by our supply chain

● Manage and develop the Customer Relationship Team● Manage large Public & Private Sector contracts including Glasgow Airport & Silverburn Shopping Centre● Work closely with Sales Team to assist with new business● Attend monthly client meetings● Reviewing financial and budgetary data
