I am a highly motivated and ambitious individual seeking a position where I am encouraged to advance the Human Resources field. I recently earned my bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Baker College and am now seeking to incorporate the knowledge that I have obtained throughout my coursework and internship, as well as my personal skillset, into an exciting and challenging career. I have recently used my expertise to lead the charge for continuous improvement and development for the industry leading Human Resources department in the corporate offices of Wesco, Inc. In that time, I focused on Leadership, Development, Training, and Retention in which I honed my skills for the strategy and execution involved in these fields. I believe these strengths are accurate to my personality and professional goals. Input and intellection allow me to continually learn new things and strive to continue my professional and personal growth. I aspire to find a career in which I am able to pursue this growth. I have a strong drive for achievement, this does not deter me from trying new things or ideas nor does it give me a fear of failure, this simply encourages me to learn from my mistakes and route a new course for success.
