Additionally, I hold a certification in pet nutrition.The majority of my time is dedicated to collaborating with Dog and Cat Breeders, a role that I find incredibly fulfilling. I was hired onto the Rusnak/Westlake Porsche team in January 2013, and was quickly promoted that June to manage The Porsche Boutique. I introduced marketing strategies that were new to our dealership at the time, such as social media marketing, email blasts promoting the store, as well as a newsletter that I produce each week which features exclusive specials on merchandise and dealership events. In April 2014, we launched our website www.RusnakPorscheBoutique. I was/am closely involved in the development of the website and our branding image. I manage all product content, incoming/outgoing orders, and I am the basis of contact for all clientele. I have a passion for what I do, and I am confident that shows in my work.

While I was focusing on school, I decided to start a small pet sitting business of my own. I advertised my business, grew a clientele, and maintained my customer data base by implementing outstanding customer service, proving incredible reliability, and following up with previous clients.

At Le Petite spa, I was employed as the Office Assistant for Lead Esthetician, Joni Harding. My responsibilities were to greet and assess the needs of all clientele. I assisted in maintaining a relaxing environment, managed inventory, and processed client information.

I was hired into Velocity Comemercial as a Call Center Associate. My daily responsibilities were cold calling, scheduled calling, following up with potential clients, and bringing potential customers to our Loan Officers. After one year, I was promoted to a Junior Loan Officer where I worked under a seasoned Loan Officer. I would follow up with her current clients, and I would screen potential business for her as well.
