 Provide merchandise sales forecasts and measure item performance using forecasting tools and systems. Reorder product at SKU and hierarchy level to the warehouse by determining optimal order quantities and timing in compliance with vendor lead times, DC inventory parameters, and store display minimums. Allocate goods to stores by managing own department level merchandise allocations, maximizing inventory productivity, and ensuring in stock positions in the stores of assigned categories.  Develop consistent and profitable in-season replenishment strategies for the stores and DC, including creating and executing assortment plans. Identify fast moving items responding to seasonality, trends, or promotions, and communicate appropriate action plans to the buyers to sustain in stock position. Conduct various reporting functions with experience in the use of pivot tables and vlookups. Ensure overall efficiency, integrity, and accuracy of the replenishment systems through continuous data validation and maintenance of Vendor and SKU system data. Established relationships with Buyers, Merchandising, DC, and Stores.

 Support all Hasbro Toy and Game sample requests by processing orders in a timely and efficient manner via the Sales Samples system, as well as creating and confirming SAP purchase orders and coordinating with HFE for product requests. Provide requestors with regular product availability, order status updates, and tracking information. Monitor and maintain product inventory levels of current merchandise into Hasbro’s Chino Toy Store facility. Regularly partner with internal Hasbro teams including Logistics, Marketing, and Allocation. Create daily allocation listing and collaborate with Flow Planning Team to secure highly allocated items. Complete various reporting functions including Open Order reports, backorder reports, and performing weekly VA05 reports to accelerate the processing of open POs. Assist with the management and execution of Special Projects. Conduct training sessions to help familiarize employees with the Salesman tool and system best practices.
