I provided sex offense specific therapy to incarcerated adult males. The treatment orientation is CBT guided by the RNR and GLM modalities. Treatmentwas conducted primarily in a group setting with individual sessions scheduled as needed. Main Duties include: * Developing individualized treatment plans and maintaining case notes for all assigned inmates.*Working with with our treatment team in program planning. *Review and integrate assessment information to develop individualized treatment plans.* Provide feedback, consultation, and recommendations to treatment teams regarding an individuals progress or lack of progress to assist in staffing recommendations.

• Provide sex offense specific treatment to civilly committed and detained adult males.• Serve as primary therapist to 18 individuals to ensure their clinical needs are met.• Review and integrate assessment information to develop individualized treatment plans.• Coordinate and refer individuals to appropriate treatment groups and activities. • Evaluate the appropriateness of property and visitor requests. • Document service delivery and individual progress. • Work as part of multidisciplinary team• Facilitate 11 groups per week. • Actively attends staff meetings and case presentations.
