Job Duties in Brief:- Review email correspondence, offering documents, trade packs, static data, cash receipts, payments, statements and NAVs- Develop and automate custom client reporting- Ensure adherence to controls and procedures; prepare and contribute to management control reports- Develop and monitor Service Level Agreements- Provide excellent service to both investors and clients through both direct contact and support of team- Take a leadership role as a subject matter expert for the department, provide training on team and office level- Maintain knowledge of current regulatory and compliance environments

Thorough review of hedge fund trading parameters as well as investor static data and transactions, ensuring adherence to departmental/regulatory best practices.Creation and maintenance of tools and reports used to track results. Provide feedback on discrepancies, common trends and recommended changes to training, workflows or policies.

Review, process and reconcile investor trade packs, cash receipts and payment requests while ensuring accuracy and adherence to company and regulatory requirements.
