Before becoming Executive Vice President, I led Village Green's internal ad agency for three years, focusing on property branding and driving qualified traffic using demographic data to focus on the clients' ROI. Today in my role, I oversee eight Regional Sales & Marketing Directors, our Strategic Growth Team, our Technology/Business Analytics Department, and the Director of Excellence & Customer Experience. Via collaboration and teamwork, we support our operations team with customer experience, technology initiatives, client engagement, and sales performance and development for the on-site staff. I also direct public relations, branding, and marketing for Village Green Holding.
