I am the customer service and internal sales coordinator for Transcity.I deal directly with our customers to ensure they get what they want and that they get it in a timely manner. I occasionally deal direct with our suppliers to source parts for our customers.Being internal sales i process all purchase orders and invoices.I process all RMA's for Transcity, sending and receiving RMA's from customers and supplier.I am also the first aid officer.

I worked for AMP for 3 years doing pensions and annuities.In this time i processed new applications, change of details, Paid out pensions, paid out requested withdrawals, investment changes, trained new staff.I enjoyed my time with this company.
