As an intern with ATF, I collaborate closely with ATF special agents and analysts in the investigation and supervision of active criminal cases to enforce federal firearms and explosives laws, improving evidence analysis efficiency and streamlining documentation procedures.In addition, I help facilitate and support case operations by meticulously gathering, analyzing, and organizing evidence, including detailed documentation and reports leveraging evidence management software/tools for ongoing investigations.

As president of APS, I sit on the Chief Advisory Council for the UCF Police Department to discuss and implement new strategies for public safety, emergency response, and security on UCF's campus. In addition, I coordinate guest speaker events, club meetings, and society procedures, fostering professional development and academic growth for members. Other duties include overseeing the planning and execution of community service initiatives, networking opportunities, and academicactivities, enhancing member engagement and chapter success.

The mission of the Keri Anne DeMott Foundation is to educate and bring action to reduce traffic incidents, specifically those caused by drunk, impaired, and distracted driving by implementing prevention and intervention programs that assist the community and increase traffic education, so many of my day to day tasks revolve around doing what I can to aid in this mission. This can include working closely with the founder and Board of Directors to aid in administrative tasks such as helping plan presentations for other organizations and companies, working on legislative tasks associated with the foundation, and managing community relations and communications with our partners.

As a member of the student conduct board, we aim to educate students, student organizations, faculty and staff on community responsibilities and behavioral standards through teamwork and cooperation from other students, faculty and staff. In addition, we provide fair and impartial review for students and student organizations charged with violating University policies and purposeful sanctions that support personal growth and development. We do this to promote a campus climate of civility and accountability and promote a safe and inclusive atmosphere conducive to student success.

I am currently an office assistant in one of the residence halls at UCF. This role requires meeting the expectations and demands of both residents and other UCF staff in my building and in the housing and residency life department. The demands of the job include answering calls and requests residents have, maintaining order in the building, and communicating with residence assistants and supervisors and coordinators within the department.

I am returning to the FYE team as a Returning Orientation Leader Officer! I will continue my duties as an Orientation Leader with the additional role of mentoring new OLs and helping with administrative tasks such as helping in the hiring process for our team! In addition, this role heavily emphasizes working on the Family and Guest program of orientation.

As an ACE Coach, I provide one-on-one, ongoing peer academic coaching to help build undergraduate students' study skills and success habits. Each semester brings new classes and instructors with new teaching methods, which calls for new skills and strategies for success in the classroom. Skills I help students include, but are not limited to, time management, study skills, motivation and goal setting, textbook reading and note taking, etc.

I am the director of safety and wellness for UCF’s Greek Council. This role entails knowing the health and safety resources UCF provides students and creating resources to send to chapters to update them on current policies in place by UCF and coordinate training for chapters to remain informed on safety and wellness initiatives. In addition, I work with chapters to reduce fraternity and sorority student health issues and concerns and act as a liaison with UCF departments that focus on safety and wellness (such as but not limited to Green Dot, Victim Services, Student Health Services, University Police, Counseling and Psychological Services, and Wellness and Health Promotions).

In this role, I act as a facilitator and mediator of the student election process at UCF. This includes knowing and enforcing Title VI as it pertains to the elections occurring, as well as staying organized and centralized as a committee to increase voter participation and keep those who want to run informed on that procedure. Overall, we were a 10-person body that successfully marketed, facilitated, and executed the Elections and ensured all candidates and campaigners abode by the Election Statutes and enjoyed the election experience overall. We did this by facilitating mandatory information sessions for potential Presidential, Vice President, and Senate Elects as well as holding violation hearings for those in violation of the guidelines set forth in Title VI and in those information sessions.

I am the alumni coordinator for the Eta Eta chapter of Kappa Kappa Gamma at UCF which entails being the main source of communication between the active members and alumni of the organization. I curate newsletters for the alumni so they can stay up to date with all events such as philanthropy and ritual events so we can continue to foster a relationship with them even post graduation.

As a member of CAB, I sat on the Concert Committee and Special Events Committee. Being on this committee includes attending weekly meetings and volunteering at events we host for the student body at UCF. I had so much fun helping at CAB events such as Pegasus Palooza and Homecoming Week where we set up, helped students during the events, and managed the timeline of the event. I had so much fun working with the directors, other members, and the special guests featured at the events. This experience has taught me the importance of professionalism in high-stress settings as well as communication and engagement in a professional setting.

As an orientation leader, I helped facilitate mandatory orientation sessions with both first time in college students and transfer students. We conducted presentations, facilitated conversations and public speaking as well as educating new students on all things UCF.

I acted as Apparel Chair for the UCF chapter of Kappa Kappa Gamma which included designing apparel, consulting apparel companies, and negotiating prices and materials for the apparel. This role was very heavy on communication with our manufacturers as well as the whole chapter, which were our customers. In addition to learning negotiation skills and how to act professionally in a business setting, this role taught me how pertinent it is to be able to use technology such as Excel which is where we stored all our information for ordering. Time management also became a vital quality for this role as we had the responsibility of passing out the orders and making sure everyone got what they ordered.

In this role, I acted as a camp counselor for children ages 7-13 in small groups for the purpose of history education. I facilitated history lessons with the help of a history instructor and helped students with crafts and activities related to the lessons. In addition, I helped manage field trips within and outside of the museum and created an environment of openness and engagement with the goal of fostering a positive learning environment for young children
