Contact delinquent customers by telephone and determined solutions to resolve negligent accounts. Responsible for determining the appropriate resolution for delinquent loans based on the client’s waterfall to include retention and collateral based workouts. I presented workout recommendations to management for approval or denial of said workouts. Responded to phone calls and written communications from customers, attorneys, realtors and agents for foreclosure prevention related inquires. Negotiated final terms of retention or collateral based workout and ensured timely completion. Obtained updated property valuations, title reports and attorney recommendations regarding collateral based workouts. Prepared and maintained monthly reports detailing the portfolio performance including results of each workout and status of future workouts.

My responsibilities included using a database to inventory different documents such as mortgages and titles. I also scanned documents onto an imaging system which made it possible for the rest of the company to access the documents if needed. I was a big part of shipping and ordering files through Iron Mountain, and making sure they get delivered to whoever ordered the file.

I take large rolls of stickers (that are printed on a press) and put them onto a machine to makes smaller rolls inorder to send them to companies to use for their products.

I used small parts to assemble the inside of a pacemaker.

I helped customers find products they were looking for, also helped them with returns and bridal registries.
