My role is to work closely with the hospitals practicing Consultants, making sure that The BMI Alexandra is their hospital of choice and to give them the support required in developing their practice at the largest private hospital in the North of England.As well as Consultant Relations Manager I also manage the front of house team and the self pay office. I assist with driving sales within self pay by working on campaigns to promote our offerings and ensure that customer service is always of a high standard.
