Developed program to ensure routine supplier audits, assessments to drive continuous improvement and action plans to hold all parties accountable. •Delivered step change improvements in supply assurance and quality through supplier education, relationship management and capability building. •Functional operations leader for West African Distributors startup. Responsible for establishing a mature supply chain presence in new and emerging markets. New growth market development.•Developed integrated distributor logistics improvement plans through routine audits and capability building. Influenced work systems and staffing design. Identified and enabled next level collaboration with more mature distributors via multi regional ‘Distributor University’ startup to deliver aggressive go to market targets. •Used quantification tools and lead time modeling to solve complex issues pertaining to inventory levels and mix.•Identified changes needed within the supply network, implemented changes and delivered improved operating results through aligned KPIs, a score carding process and performance measuring systems.•Provided training in areas of inventory control, picking, shipping and receiving. Regularly engaged with senior leadership across regions.•Developed and lead a team that owned: reporting and analytics, finance (enabled P&G to eliminate 3rd party freight payments and bring services in house), APIs and future enhancements. At close of project lifecycle delivered over 60 million in cost savings/avoidance.•Global TMS Capability team leader responsible for identifying best in class business practices through internal and external benchmarking, and rapid global deployment for accelerated ROI. Model allowed for global ideation, prioritization of any future enhancements and scalable change management. Worked with procurement on running and executing 5 large scale RFQs.•Experienced with Parcel, LTL, Full Truck, Intermodal, Ocean and special equipment. Designed and reinvented transportation networks to reduce structural costs.
