I am Curator of Contemporary Art working across the fields of visual art, performance, community programming, and publications. I've lead the production of exhibitions and their accompanying language for a diverse set of institutions along the west coast, including those in Portland, OR, Seattle, WA, and San Francisco, CA. I have previously worked as Northwest editor for Art Practical, as an Independent Curator, and as a Programs Coordinator in higher education. I previously served as the Director of the Multicultural Resource Center at Reed College.My primary interests are culturally engaged practices, artist residency as a quintessential part of a healthy arts ecosystem, and humanizing academic philosophy through humor and community-centered ideologies.
