Delegation of tasks toTechnical Service Representatives to improve the efficiency of the repair department for timely repairs and delivery of services. Improve accuracy and efficiency by reducing costs, enhancing vendorrelationships, and negotiating favorable terms and agreements for the procurement of components andmaterials. Creating budgetary and engine repair cost estimates for work to be performed. Respond tocustomer request for quotes. Maintain records for scheduled equipment and tooling calibration.Quality assurance, evaluation and auditing of all Certified Repair Station work orders to guaranteecompliance of FAA guidelines and regulations. Training of technical staff and customer service representative in quality control, documentation, shipping and receiving procedures and invoicing using Quantum Component Control.

Completion of all tasks delegated by the Director of Operations, Director of Turbine Engine Servicesand the Product Support Manager. Act as a liaison between various departments within the organization. Assist the Product Support Manager with the purchasing of material for shop rework, repair orders andreceiving and distribution of components. Adhering to local and international shipping procedures and clearance of engines and various components from customs. Ensuring all proper documentation has been received from Vendors and customers. Invoicing part sales and engine repairs using Quantum Component Control. Work with the accounts payable and receivable departments to adhere to taxlaws and receipt of payment for in house repairs. Provide the Directors with weekly financial forecastupdates. Coordinate travel arrangements for work outside of Southeast Turbines repair shop. Schedulemeetings and document meeting minutes. Establish and maintain contact with clients regarding turbineengine management and repairs.

Supervision of Aftercare staff and scheduling to ensure sufficient coverage. Conduct performanceevaluations for aftercare staff to provide feedback for improvement. Processing of payroll for staffmembers. Receiving and allocation of funds made by parents for summer and aftercare programs.Collaborate and coordinate with teachers and administrators to implement lesson plans, behavior plansand aide to disabled and ESE students. Adhere to safety regulations in accordance with aftercaremandates. Assist the office staff with student registrations, data entry and class assignment.

Collaborate with other professionals, such as speech therapist, occupational therapist and educators to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for individuals with disabilities. Implement behavior extinguishment procedures to reduce objectionable behaviors and promote positive behavior changes. Assess individuals’ behavior and progress through data collection and tracking.

Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the daily activities of baristas to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction. Provide training and guidance to staff on food safety practices in accordance with health and safety regulations. Manage store financials and regulate store’s inventory to reduce waste and maximize profitability.

Train and mentor new shift leaders on cash handling procedures and customer service skills to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service. Coordinate with staff to create schedule that provides adequate coverage during peak hours. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of ice cream and cake ingredients for daily operations.
