• Manage budget of $2.4 million. The chapter consists of four divisions and 16 staff members. Signature events include eight March for Babies, four Signature Chefs (gala events) and a Nurse of the Year event. • Guided Chapter to profitability of 107% in 2011, an increase from 97% in 2010. Chapter is on track to be profitable in 2012.• Successfully developed Chapter Board of Directors. Cultivated a partnership with Chapter Board Chair, CEO of an area hospital, to successfully execute Chapter priorities.• Focus on staff development, cultivation and retention along with mission integration has lead to staff empowerment and volunteer trust of the Foundation.

• Oversaw a revenue budget of $2.5 million including seven March for Babies, two Bikers for Babies and four social events. • Directly managed a staff of five fundraisers responsible for a $920,000 March for Babies and the #1 Bikers for Babies in the country at $725,000 as well as a special events budget of $200,000.• Oversaw and lead the ten largest March of Dimes corporate partnerships in the state, responsible for 30% of Chapter revenue• Recruited leadership for major events including March for Babies and Signature Chefs events.
