About Ashley Swiger
The first thing you should know about me is that I love people! This love is what sparked my interest in studying Adult Education when I was in college. I learned how to effectively teach adults and let my love for people shine through. I started teaching English as a second language and realized how much I loved it. From there I started dabbling in leadership so my passion for training, developing, and coaching was born. I took my new found passions and became a manager where I used my skills to make an impact on my customers and my staff by keeping my branch in the top ten branches worldwide for service consistently over 2 years. It turns out that I absolutely love taking my passion for training/teaching to help others develop themselves and learn about myself more on the way! Currently I am looking for new experiences and ready to take the next step in my journey. I would like a position where I can use my skills in Adult Education and my experience as a Manager and of course, a position working with and developing people.
