Lead a multi-functional team within the PepsiCo Cyber Fusion Center that provide defenses and response capabilities for a Fortune 50. Teams within my scope included: US Incident Response, Cyber Threat Intelligence, Detection Assurance (Purple Team), Cyber Resilience, and Security Research. Team members were globally located and worked closely with other InfoSec and business teams. While leading these teams, they grew out key capabilities across functions that contributed to increased maturity and readiness. Those improvements were able to directly tie back to demonstrable improvement in handling incidents, events and responses.While in role, I also served as a cosponsor for PepsiCo Shecurity (2021-2022), supported college intern mentorship programs, and spoke at DEI events for PepsiCo Information Security.
