After course redesign, dropped 18.2% to 31.6%).Also, provided business faculty with professional development training related to course redesign, assisted with institutional assessment, data collection and reporting associated with student learning, coordinated and managed the School of Business Learn Lab, and hired, trained, supervised and evaluated peer mentors. In addition to Learning Coordinator duties, I taught a variety of courses in the School of Business.
