I possess a diploma from the Business Administration-Accounting three-year program from Cambrian College. Through my work experience, I have gained 13 years’ experience in customer service, administrative, accounting and clerical skills to function efficiently. I am a dedicated, confident, detail oriented and enthusiastic individual with a pleasant and positive personality that promotes a high quality of service and respect to clients, management and staff. As well as my ability to work independently, I promote an excellent team spirit. Presently, I am employed with Dalron Group Limited as a Staff Accountant to provide confidential administrative and accounting services. Some of my responsibilities include accounts receivable for over 400 tenants consisting of commercial and residential, accounts payable, reconciling and analyzing accounts for completeness. I have demonstrated strong organization, administration and accounting skills. I communicate effectively while replying to and initiating action on routine correspondence, monitoring incoming telephone calls and responding to public inquiries, meeting with clients and taking minutes, coordinating schedules, meetings. I create, proof read and edit letters and memorandums for internal and external use. While working directly under the Assistant Controller I have gained strong analysis skills in ensuring all account balances are correct and investigating any discrepancies. I also demonstrated strong analysis and accuracy skills while creating working papers for audit purposes.
