Current*Oversee and manage City's Fiber to the Home (FTTH) program, a city subsidized program that delivers fiber service to low-income residents *Maintain the City’s Broadband Program Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, which includes financials, inventory control and GIS-based asset management systems. *Develop requests for proposals (RFP’s), requests for bids (RFB’s), and requests for quotes (RFQ’s) related to network construction and customer facility installation, and other services as needed to expand city's fiber network. Develop evaluation criteria to rate submittals, and assist in selection of vendors and contractors, perform contract negotiations, and complete contract close-outs. *Draft and review various agreements including SaaS agreements, contractual service agreements, professional services agreements, construction agreements, customer fiber agreements, amendments, and modifications.*Conduct comprehensive analysis of customer and program data using advanced statistical techniques, mathematical models, and business intelligence tools. Interpret findings, identify trends, and provide valuable insights, support strategic initiatives, and identify opportunities for improvement.*Create and maintain a contract database system to manage over 100 fiber agreements for enterprise business customers.*Stay abreast of the latest advancements in analytics tools, techniques, and industry trends to provide recommendations on potential enhancements or innovations in broadband. *Prepare and present clear and concise reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. *Conduct risk assessments, evaluate compliance with regulatory requirements, and develop risk mitigation strategies. Ensure adherence to industry best practices and compliance standards.
