Ashley currently leads litigation, investigations and alternative dispute resolution for Silicon Ranch, the largest independent solar power producer in the United States. In addition to managing litigation, Ashley advises key stakeholders on commercial dispute risks affecting the Company, advises on regulatory compliance issues and manages external litigation counsel. Prior to her current role, Ashley was the Managing Partner for the Cochran Firm - Nashville. Ashley led a team of experienced and compassionate attorneys in that office where they fought for justice and compensation for their clients in the areas of employment, personal injury, medical malpractice, civil rights, and wrongful death cases. Ashley has extensive legal experience, and has achieved multiple favorable outcomes through her skills in complex litigation, arbitration and mediation. Ashley obtained her Juris Doctor degree, with a Health Law certification, from Belmont University College of Law and her Bachelor of Science degree from Vanderbilt University. She also has a background in business, having worked for a Fortune 50 company in the IT sector, where she assisted in the acquisition of mid-level IT companies. She is active in both the legal and larger community, serving on various boards and committees, and running the New York City Marathon to raise money for childhood obesity. She proudly serves as Vice-President of Finance for the National Bar Association. Ashley's greatest accomplishment is being a mother to her son, Braylin.
