Assist air and water engineer with environmental reporting for Department of Energy and Environmental Protection Agency. Reports include, but are not limited to: eDMR, Title V, CEMS data analysis, Sewer Loss Reports, MACT Compliance (RICE and Boiler), and DOE 923.

Assist program managers with projects, marketing, and secretarial duties. Handled front desk duties, including phone, mail, and sending and receiving packages.I worked with program managers to create new proposal folders, COIs, contract and proposal sign offs, cost estimates, letters, and contracts.I assisted in creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets. An example includes creating and organizing a spreadsheet for Class D potential projects. I separated the Class D's by type of work; RAP, Tier 1, etc. Then I use Google Maps to determine if the property is of interest to Tetra Tech EMI.

Handled multiple projects at once, while meeting project deadlines.Worked with AutoCAD Civil 2012, 2014 & 2015, Esri ArcGIS, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.Additionally, I used an internal program that compiled and graphed SCADA data called HazenQ. Daily tasks varied from proofreading specifications, compiling data, creating graphs, labeling drawings, creating new layers of data in ArcGIS, and basic updates on AutoCAD Civil drawings.Traveling was a part of the my job. One task I completed included traveling to our Lexington, Kentucky office to compile an annual report. I spent multiple weeks in Akron, Ohio knocking on resident and business doors. The goal was to inform residents of the upcoming work being done on their sewers. We also obtained signatures to gain approval to access their property for work. Hazen and Sawyer was a part of this work, along with the City of Akron.
