Through a mindful approach, I coach academy players at UFA’s Metro Atlanta branch and work to create environments where children can fall in love with the game and gain the technical, decision making, and psychological skills they need to reach their full potential. We meet players where they are and are fortunate to have an amazing community of families that support this effort.

I lead a 7-member team and am responsible for ensuring that every member is able reach his or her full potential. Further faster together. I help my children discover their strengths, become strong decision makers, do hard things, and learn to be great learners. During this time of career pivot, I am earning my stripes as a professional carpooler across a silly number of sports while coaching, studying, and preparing for the next phase of my own journey. Over the last year I have enjoyed serving and coaching in our community and have used this time to explore creative pursuits. I work hard to not coach my kids from the sidelines and still have occasional delusions of becoming a professional athlete. We are a proud military family and threw the anchor down in Atlanta following my husband’s Army retirement in 2020.

Improved our competitive position by optimizing the global supply network for the SPSX Communications business. In this role I led all aspects of supply chain sourcing and risk strategy across more than forty categories— from metals to textiles to packaging. My skills as a negotiator and ability to build relationships and trust across an organization quickly, were critical to maintaining supply continuity during a time of unprecedented volatility.

Coached and mentored youth soccer players while working alongside peer coaches from all over the world, a learning environment that has been hard to replicate outside of the game. Served in a number of leadership roles and had responsibilities that included hiring and managing the professional and volunteer coaching staff, curriculum development and implementation, tournament planning, budgeting, and community outreach. Regardless of the role, the mission was to instill a passion for the game as the foundation to player development and to create an atmosphere where each player could reach his/her full potential.

One of the first four team members to help launch this division. Set and broke multiple company records while facing significant personal adversity by staying laser-focused on the success of the customer. During this time I helped CMI discover new markets, create a new territory, and find innovative applications for our products. We designed and built custom engineered access structures. I assisted private engineering and architecture firms as well as municipal, state, and federal agencies in the design of these structures and was deeply involved during all phases of each project.

Consulted by contractors and engineers from the public and private sector in the design of water control structures. Managed and led sales effort in a 13-state region before moving over to the Gator division. I had no clue what I was doing when I started, but cared deeply about helping people move forward and understood that most of our customers simply needed to win business. I leaned on strong internal relationships and used our resources to help them do that.
