Mindfully connect with a fellow Survivor.This is what I believe every survivor should have access to and what I strive to bring through Yoga, Mindfulness, and Meditation. I work with organizations who want to offer the same to their members, their group of Stroke Warriors. Together we can empower survivors by mindfully connecting. While I provide services directly to individuals and small groups, my main area of focus is to provide recorded Yoga classes, Mindfulness practices, and Meditations that are fully accessible and can be offered through organizations. As a fellow survivor, I can truly relate. Support through community is one of the most valuable aspects of recovery. I support Stroke Warriors as they journey through recovery to gain strength in body, mind, and soul. I was drawn to become a yoga teacher after having my own yoga practice be a valuable part of my physical and spiritual journey through stroke recovery. After going through the experience of stroke recovery and seeing others in the exact place that I once started from, I was driven to offer the guidance and support from the knowledge and expertise that I had gained through the years. Creating these content packages so that many survivors can find rest amidst the challenges, build inner strength, and fully embrace individuality in this moment, is something that will never cease to make my heart smile.
