Obsessed with Quality.I pride myself for striving for excellence in anything I do. In every duty I perform, I aim for quality for both the client and the management to ensure that everyone is satisfied. This also reflects in my college experience. In my classes, I give my best effort to all assignments and often will go a little overboard when inspiration strikes. This is what as enabled me to maintain a 4.0 GPA and my position on the Provost's List for three consecutive semesters.I'm currently a Management major and Japanese minor at Hofstra University and spend my breaks from university working as a Leasing Associate at various Brady Sullivan properties throughout New England. In the office I enjoy working as a team with my fellow leasing associates to find our future tenants their dream apartment. Customer satisfaction is always a top priority since we understand that we are selling more than just a product, but rather a home.In my free time during the school year I act as the Secretary of 180 Degrees Consulting's Hofstra Branch, the world's largest consultancy for non-profits & social enterprises. For two semesters I have also acted as a Team Leader to work hands on with the clients and consultants to research and present solutions to the clients' current challenges. It's very fulfilling to know I am helping real small businesses while also gaining real world experiences in management and working with clients.In April 2021 I received the honor of being invited to Beta Gamma Sigma, the International Business Honors Society. I am excited to become part of the prestigious society and to connect with its alumni!
