Work closely with the Director and Assistant Director of the Cross Cultural Centers, creating and implementing programs and activities intentionally designed to further the mission and learning outcomes of the Centers. Leads RA team of 23 students and supports them in promoting student development, team bonding, and fostering a sense of community on campus. Serve as a resource to the RAs on my team as well as RAs across the University Community. Collaborate with professional staff members, assistant directors, director of Res Life, dean of students and other staff members on campus for problem solving, program planning, and providing resources to students.
