My name is Ashley Weir, and I’m a second-year student in the Honours Bachelor of Commerce program, pursuing a minor in Economics at McMaster University. I’m passionate about marketing and thrive in roles where I can learn, grow, and make meaningful contributions.I’m eager to deepen my knowledge and experience within the marketing industry and have had the opportunity to grow my passion and skills through various roles at DeGroote. Currently, as the Director of Marketing for the DeGroote Accounting Association, I focus on building strategies to expand the club’s reach and engagement across social media. Additionally, I’m developing my skills and knowledge as an emerging marketer through my role as a Delegate in EliteSeat. Through this program, I get to work alongside 11 other passionate and driven individuals, expanding my knowledge through hands-on workshops and competing in business cases.I am eager to embrace new challenges that will enhance my skills and contribute to my growth and knowledge of marketing.
