-Team programming lead: Transition to high school lessons, bullying/sexual harassment lessons-Co-Lead of Colgan Counseling Podcast to include production and editing of digital materials-Team technology lead for Naviance (College & Career Readiness Technology platform)-Coordination and implementation of school programming such as back to school night, academic letter awards, senior awards, rising 9th grade night, junior parent night, decision day awards, and PWCS college fair-Individual tracking/case management for a caseload of 375 students to include: academic advising, special education accommodations, interagency meetings, transcript and credit check/graduation requirement management, testing certifications, transfer grades and paperwork, college material submission, and coordination of student support-Mental Health support for students to include individual counseling, suicide and threat assessment screenings, collaboration with other mental health supports (social worker, school psychologist, and community therapists)-Computer Based Instruction (CBI) counselor: planning and implantation of weekly virtual lessons for students in our alternative education night school program-Co-Sponsor of Student Council Association (SCA): responsible for the executive board of students and sophomore class officers, weekly meetings, coordination of monthly school wide and community events

-Co-Lead 12th grade programming counselor; creating and promoting quarterly lessons involving post-secondary planning, self-care, using school based/community based resources, and transition from high-school-AP Coordinator; organization and administration of the school’s AP Program to include receiving, distributing, administering, and returning of all AP materials-Core member of various committees to include PBIS, Manassas City School Counseling Planning Committee, and the Osbourn Scheduling committee-Site supervision of George Mason University Counseling Intern for the spring of 2021 semester-ESOL Department Liaison; coordination with ESOL Department chair for scheduling; coordination and preparation of counseling services in Spanish for both parents and students-AVID Programming; to include creation and implementation of lessons surrounding creating a resume and writing personal statements-Promote the academic, career, personal, and social/emotional success of students through prevention services, identifying student needs, leadership, advocacy, and collaboration with relevant stakeholders-Development, management, and delivery of a comprehensive school counseling program through data collection, individual counseling, group counseling, curriculum lessons, and school-wide programs-Development and revision of academic and career plans for students; use in academic planning/scheduling-Translation and evaluation of foreign transcripts to create new student schedules and complete credit checks-Responsible for a caseload of almost 300 students; responsive, crisis, and prevention counseling for students-Revision and implementation of services to decrease rate of dropouts, excessive absences, and class failures

Banquet Server:-FULL SERVICE EVENT STAFF INCLUDING:- Complete set up and break down of event equipment- During event service- Serving food, drinks, and monitoring buffet- Completing service of customer needs and requests- Maintain cleanliness of banquet hall, grille room, and bathrooms- Assist in: preparation of food, washing/organization of kitchen equipmentGrille Attendant:- Prepare and serve drinks to customers- Prepare and serve food to order for customers- Clean dishes/restock kitchen- Maintain cleanliness of Grille room, bar, and kitchenBeverage Cart Attendant:- PROVIDE SERVICE TO GOLFERS INCLUDING:- Serving a selection of beer and non-alcoholic beverages- Serving breakfast sandwiches, deli sandwiches, hot dogs and snacks- Monetary transactions of cash and credit card tabs - MAINTAINING THE BEVERAGE CART INCLUDING:- Stocking and restocking the cart throughout the day- Restocking the coolers at the end of the day- Filling up the gas tank if needed
