As a tour guide, I interacted with prospective students and parents to share what I love about my school. I worked to address any questions the visitors may have had and to maintain a positive demeanor no matter what the Cleveland weather had in store for my tour groups. I also hosted overnight prospective students to give them a larger view of campus life and show them the possibilities of attending the school.
