Ashley Pilon M.S.CCC-SLP is a pediatric speech language pathologist with 15 years experience. She has worked in a variety of settings, including outpatient clinics, non-profits, hospital specialty clinics, early intervention and schools K-8. While she has worked with children of all ages and abilities, Ashley has specialty area training in the areas of oral motor, tongue tie, tongue thrust, feeding, apraxia, stuttering and cleft palate/craniofacial disorders. She has advanced training in DIR/Floortime, Talk Tools, PROMPT, Beckman Oral Motor Protocol, TOTs, Hanen and Lidcombe. Ashley has most recently developed her specialty in feeding and swallowing disorders. She has taken more than 75 hours of related continuing education in the last three years relating to feeding including the SOS approach to Feeding and its advanced courses: SOS for Autism, Food Scientist approach for school aged children and an additional three month SOS Mentorship. She is also in the process of becoming certified through the International Association of Orofacial Myology. In 2020, Ashley started her own private practice geared toward helping those who have differing oral facial structure and function and who need a specialized approach to speech, feeding and swallowing disorders.
