My duties include, but are not limited to:Entering purchases and payments into the CarGas Energy web based system to customer accounts. Take orders for propane and schedule service work to be completed by the service technicians. Balance all residential and commercial accounts, cash drawer, receipts, and maintain product product inventory. Answering phones and emails and helping walk in customers as they came through was always top priority. I also have several Microsoft forms and spreadsheets to update on a daily basis.Upon scheduling deliveries for propane, I would then route them for the delivery driver, ensuring all deliveries are completed within a timely manner. Utilizing CarGas Systems routing system to ensure the deliveries were routed efficiently for time and mileage.

In my time with The Pro Shop/P.S. Graphics, I learned how to create custom logos and designs using Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, and Melco EDS IIII for screen-printing, embroidery, heat transfers, signs, and banners. I would apply designs to products using heat press, digital transfer media, and manual application. I would embroider goods using a single head Tajima embroidery machine. Laying out orders on Microsoft Excel spreadsheets was a must with multiple orders being done at once. Assisting customers on the sales floor, taking custom orders, answering telephones, handling all cash, check, and credit card payments were also a few of the duties I had. When a large order came in, I would have to place orders with multiple national suppliers.
