I keep track of every patient at Performance Wellness and Performance Wellness South. I find out when they are released from care and who is responsible for paying their medical bills. I also call the insurance companies and lawyers to find out when the payment is coming in.

I called people who had an outstanding bill with one of the 5 hospitals in my system to set up a payment plan for their account that works with their budget.

I was the quality control person for 4 operating lines. I made sure all products that went out were complete and contained the correct items.

I called people who had Visa or MasterCard at their home to attempt to sell them a magazine subscription.

I called previous ticket purchasers at their home to sell them a ticket package for attending plays.
