廣告創意文案出生,是跨度兩岸少數擁有乙方創意與甲方客戶經驗的創意市場人。2017年9月起,以品牌顧問與創意身份,依不同專案所需組建團隊,提供客戶與代理商客製化的品牌定位、市場戰略與打法、傳播節奏、創意策略、創意產出直至執行…等,多維度的整合傳播方案。2015年1月加入阿里集團,擔任阿里媽媽執行創意總監一職,負責策劃/創意/運營三大部門北、上、廣、杭四地團隊,提供商家大數據行銷方案以及廣告創意,提供品牌策略、創意與推廣。2016年4月擔任淘寶品牌最高負責人,負責淘寶品牌戰略規劃與傳播。任內完成淘寶首屆<造物節>與淘寶雙十二<親親節>兩項重點項目的項目管理與傳播。2020年,擔任淘寶台灣市場總監。加入阿里集團前,任職於國際4A 廣告創意部,在臺灣(1998-2005)與大陸(2006-2015)十二年廣告實戰經驗,榮獲坎城、紐約、中國時報、倫敦… 數十個國際獎項。曾榮獲龍吟榜亞太區創意排名前126強殊榮。I come from an advertising copywriting background and am one of the few creative marketers who have experience with both agency-side creativity and client-side roles across the strait.Starting from September 2017, I took on the roles of a brand consultant and creative expert, assembling teams based on specific project requirements. I provide tailored solutions for clients and agencies in brand positioning, market strategies and tactics, communication rhythms, creative strategies, and all the way through execution. Among other local and international projects.In January 2015, I joined the Alibaba Group as the Executive Creative Director of Alimama, overseeing planning, creativity, and operations across teams in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Hangzhou. I provided large-scale data-driven marketing solutions and creative advertising, brand strategy, creativity, and promotion. By April 2016, I was in charge of Taobao's branding, responsible for its brand strategy and communication. During my tenure, I successfully oversaw the brand revamp and communication for Taobao's inaugural 'Creator Festival' and the '親親節' for Taobao's Double Twelve event. In 2020, I took on the role of Market Director for Taobao Taiwan. Before joining Alibaba, I worked in the creative department of an international 4A advertising agency, accumulating twelve years of hands-on advertising experience in Taiwan (1998-2005) and mainland China (2006-2015). I've been honored with numerous international awards from Cannes, New York, China Times, London, and more. I was once ranked among the top 126 in the Long Yin List for creative excellence in the Asia-Pacific region.I possess a diverse range of communication-related experience and interdisciplinary collaboration: from book planning, editing, and publishing to talk show & variety program planning and production, freelance illustration, and cultural product design.
