My position can be best described as the gate keeper of the Bursar's office.

• Provide administrative and technical support for the OneCard and Gator Pass program. Providing students, staff, and faculty with accurate information about various aspects of the programs in person and by phone and email. • Perform fundamental analysis and troubleshooting of issues to determine the need for escalation to the OneCard lead. • Taking photographs of students, staff, and faculty for card production. • Created a more streamline process for students and employees to acquire their ID card remotely.• Performed monthly account reconciliations for various campus vendors as well as the Add Value stations on campus making weekly deposits with the Bursars office.• Maintained and troubleshoot ID card printer on a daily basis.

Caring for animals have always been my passion. I started working at Angels Care Animal Hospital with minimal knowledge on working with pet patients. Since working here, I have acquired many skill sets and valuable knowledge to improve my abilities.My duties included but are not limited to:-Assisting Doctor and team member by properly restraining pet for various procedures-Perform basic dental cleaning (prophylaxis)-Venipuncture for injections, IV catheter placement, or blood sampling-Prep patients for surgery (intubate, clip and scrub incision site)-Monitoring patient under anesthesia and properly recording values-Post-op monitoring and care-Educating the pet owners on pet health and zoonotic diseases -Proper sanitation and care of surgery room, surgical equipment, exam rooms, and lobby-Maintain client/patient relationships-Record and maintain patient records as well as various log books of the hospital
