• Involved in the mechanical design, testing and assembly of prototype state of the arc Lithium Ion Battery Packs for an automotive OEM.• Tested and approved the functionality of the firmware on the Battery Management System (BMS) of the prototype units using CAN Bus to ensure regulatory standards were complied.• Provided engineering assistance to the Mechanical Product Development Team to design and model test fixtures and rigs, made design changes to prototype components, created and revised engineering drawings, contacted suppliers, performed stack-up and 5-Phase root-cause analysis along with the documentation. • Executed Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Test with a partnering testing facility for a new mid-drive motor to be compliant with EN15194 standards.

• Developed a Dashboard tool for the Regional Support Office in Munich which allows them to analyze the performance of their fleet using Operator data. This method reduces the data latency period by two months compared to the existing method with a high degree of accuracy.• The tool was created using VBA which allowed the user to select the flight operator, aircraft and timeline; and would dynamically generate the performance trends based on the criterions selected.
