I am an enthusiastic professional, always looking to learn and develop my skills. I grew up on a ranch, and learned at a very young age hard work is essential to be successful. Growing up I constantly needed to stay busy. Whether it was sports, studying, social events, or helping around the house I was always in motion. Not much has changed since then, I still keep my workday packed full of excitement. I am extremely interactive, and enjoy working with coworkers on daily assignments and projects. I am motivated to be fast. We live in a world that is constantly changing, the only way to keep up is to be fast. I want to get questions answered immediately, and finish projects early. I understand being fast is not worth anything unless the end product is accurate. I produce high quality work, and am constantly looking to improve. My passion is helping people. That is why I sought a career in the field of HR. Human Resource professionals are there to help the companies employees, that is exactly what I do every day, help people. I love being the friendly voice on the other end of the phone that delivers excellent customer service. I believe in education, and giving people the "why" behind the answer. Open and honest communication is key in building lasting relationships with fellow Team Members. I strive to be a reliable resource that my coworkers can count on.Currently I am focused on on-boarding. I lead a team of 5 individuals that handle recruitment, evaluation of candidates, compensation, and on-boarding practices. Together we work to hire over 300 people per year. We are focused on making the process smooth for both our hiring managers, and potential Team Members. The process is constantly changing and we welcome input from all parties involved. At the end of each day I go to sleep proud. I know I do my best for the company, and help people on a daily basis. I love what I do, and am excited to see what the field of HR can bring me in the future.
