In this role, I work directly with customers to develop and execute successful event strategies. I collaborate with the Paragon Events team to engage clients with innovative programs and events focused around their initiatives and goals, while also cultivating partner relationships. I manage the development and implementation of contracts and events which includes planning, budgeting, strategic development, brand management, content management, and more. I ensure that my client’s investments in their events yield a positive return and guarantee continued growth and success for their organizations.

In my time at Tigerpaw I was the brand ambassador for Tigerpaw Software by overseeing and improving the customer journey through communications and experiences. This included management of the annual Tigerpaw Conference, the Tigerpaw Community and external industry events and tradeshows. I also led the organization's customer communications plan and company social media strategy.

Omaha, Nebraska

Managed Inspire, Lexmark's Enterprise Software Conference, Inspire Europe and two bi-annual executive roundtable events. This included developing and executing the event strategy as well as planning and managing multi-million dollar event budgets. I also led the program content, marketing communications plans, timelines, event logistics and multiple teams and executive steering committees within the organization.

Event lead for Inspire 2013 and 2014 and managed three bi-annual executive roundtable events. During this time the strategy and planning changes that were made resulted in a 25% increase in both session content and attendance at both Inspire conferences. Additionally over these 17 months I also implemented multiple marketing communications plans, managed multi-million dollar budgets, create a new mobile application and social media strategies and managed the creation of a new event website.

Assisted in the planning and execution of Inspire 2012 and acted as the lead for the 2011 EMEA User Forum, Perceptive’s conference for international customers. For both events I was responsible session content development planning, managing a full communications plan, developing a mobile application strategy, increasing effectiveness of internal processes and overseeing event logistics. In this role I also managed all 25 of Perceptive Software’s customer Regional User Groups by handling all event logistics and working directly with customer liaisons and internal stakeholders to create effective content to both educate customers and promote Perceptive Software products and services for over 50 meetings world-wide.

Assisted the Customer Marketing Manager in executing on all of Perceptive Software’s customer marketing efforts including events and customer communications. This included assisting in the planning of Inspire, Perceptive Software’s annual conference and Regional User Groups as well as managing the customer communication calendar, updating news and articles for the customer portal, managing communications projects and acting as the customer marketing lead on the development of Perceptive Software’s online community.

Managed many of the organizations marketing priorities to increase industry recognition and membership. This included recommending exhibiting strategies and coordinating all logistics for industry trade shows, identifying media opportunities and establishing relationships with target media and serving as the primary liaison with Membership department to plan and execute on opportunities. Additional responsibilities included collecting member feedback, developing bi-monthly electronic newsletters and organizing all internal communications.

Assisted the Marketing Director in marketing communications and the planning of annual fundraising events and programs.

Worked directly with the Executive Director on the promotion and planning for the Omaha Walk for Diabetes event.
