My edit becomes the finalized document sent to clinicians. Since taking on this project, I have cut the completion turnaround time from 24-48 hours to 2-4 hours. • Workforce Disruptions – Member of department task force committed to providing around-the-clock support for clinicians engaged in a workforce disruption. Duties include inbox management and travel booking, aiding throughout the preparation, engagement, and de-escalation phases. • Team Shadowing & Mentorship – Within my designated group, as well as department- and company-wide, I actively assist in answering questions and providing guidance and support to teammates.
