Reviewed and made recommendations to policy and procedures related to gender-based violence (GBV) at Humber College for Status of Women Canada's federally funded program to address GBV on Canadian College and University campuses. Created training program for students on addressing GBV on campus and in their communities. Worked with stakeholders and staff to implement recommendations.

Coordinated the Making Noise Media Project to address gender-based violence, racism, islamophobia, police violence and oppression in racialized communities. Allocated funds for $250K budget granted by municipal, provincial and federal government program aimed at training youth and youth workers on how to address gender-based violence through the use of media and the arts. Managed team of four staff. Developed materials and led workshops for over 300 youth and youth workers across the GTA and southern Ontario. Coordinated 3 day conference on gender-based violence and community accountability at The Toronto Metropolitan University.
