Typically leaders are over indexed one way or another - but Ashley is equally balanced in meeting her organizations goals - revenue growth, profit yield and market share gain, all the while strongly advocating for her client(s) and their needs like no one I have ever seen. Ashley is a skilled team leader and builder of teams. Her communications skills are exceptional ability to break down complex tasks into workstreams for her teams to deliver with frequent progress check ins is her typical style. She communicates, enables and gets out of their way to let them be the talented group of people she has assembled and mentored them to be. This can only happen in a healthy and trust filled environment which she has clearly built. Lastly - Ashley never surprises senior leadership. As her CEO, I can say I can never recall Ashley surprising me with news of a deliverable or an outcome that didn't match expectations. This comes as a result of her frequent communication updates, requests for advice or sounding board on a series of choices to be made but ultimately Ashley is action oriented. Ashley does not freeze in the moment but leads in every environment from blue skies to stormy unprecedented ones.
