Human Resources Director
Current• Maintains and administers company benefits administration including but not limited to 401k, health, vision dental and other benefits• Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.• Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.• Completes payroll, attendance tracking and performance review cycle• Answers all internal and external HR-related queries and requests.• Assists with providing support to management and employees regarding workplace concerns• Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
