Human Resources Director
Current- Maintains and administers company benefits administration including but not limited to 401k, health, vision dental and other benefits
- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
- Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Completes payroll, attendance tracking and performance review cycle
- Answers all internal and external HR-related queries and requests.
- Assists with providing support to management and employees regarding workplace concerns
