• Under the general supervision of a nurse manager, I provided care to medical surgical and orthopedic patients.• Worked with the healthcare team to ensure the safety of those admitted to the unit.• Collaborated with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the safety and recovery of patients admitted to the unit.• Assisted with discharge planning and education of medical care to patients and staff.• Obtained the responsibility of leading the unit several occurrences a month under the supervision of the general manager.
