I started out as a cashier, but the majority of my employment was as a head cashier. My duties included; monitoring the registers, supervising the cashiers, distributing change, answering questions, greeting customers, and troubleshooting any problems with returns, pricing, payment, or customer service. I was also responsible for assisting the front end manager in closing down the front end of the store and properly documenting daily financial activity, checks, coupons, and rebates. The last six weeks I was employed here, I was moved to a full-time employee in the Cabinets and Appliance Department.
