I am a recent graduate and newly hired registered nurse at Regency Hospital in Greenville, SC. I received my Associate's Degree in Nursing from Tri-County Technical college in May of 2015. As a registered nurse, I utilize the nursing process when caring for individual patients. By utilizing the nursing process, assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation are thoroughly assessed for each patient. These steps are also used among the multidisciplinary team to customize a plan of care for each patient. I am BLS certified through Life Savers of America, and I plan to be ACLS certified by December of 2015. Although I do not have many years of experience in the nursing field, I am extraordinarily passionate about my career and the educational opportunities that are available through the advancing medical field. I plan to use the educational opportunities and growing medical field to my fullest capability in order to provide the greatest and safest care possible for my patients.
