I enjoy getting to know my patients, addressing their medication questions and concerns, and helping them build confidence in their health care. At each visit, I go above and beyond assessing a patient's medications for appropriateness, safety and effectiveness, and empower them to better their health. Providing medication therapy management in a clinic setting allows me to build relationships with my patients and fellow providers and staff, and see my recommendations be successfully implemented.
